This means that it\u2019s natural for the trays to be tight\u2014even uncomfortably so\u2014when you first put them on. However, the Invisalign trays also need to contain the teeth once they\u2019ve moved, meaning that it\u2019s common for there to be small gaps in the trays.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What Can Cause an Invisalign Aligner Not to Fit<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If you feel like your Invisalign aligner is tighter than it ought to be, or even if you have trouble putting on your trays, that might not necessarily mean that they don\u2019t fit properly. If you\u2019ve just gotten those trays, it\u2019s actually expected that they\u2019ll be a little bit hard to wear for a few days.
