Hawah, Office Manager

For Hawah, the patients are definitely her favorite part of this position. She loves chatting with them, getting to know all about them, and helping them feel welcome during every visit! She’s also grateful to partner with such a great staff that feels much more like family than coworkers. She’s been in the dental field for over eight years now, having studied at the University of Pittsburgh.

Hawah and her family are originally from West Africa. When she isn’t busy caring for patients, she spends her free time hanging out with loved ones and playing with her dog Scooby.

Amy, Patient Coordinator

Amy is a welcoming and knowledgeable Dental Patient Coordinator with over 10 years of experience in the dental field. As the first point of contact for patients, she plays a key role in creating a positive and efficient experience from the first phone call to check-out.

Known for her strong organizational skills and friendly demeanor, Amy manages appointment scheduling, patient intake, insurance coordination, and daily front office operations. She works closely with both the clinical team and patients to ensure seamless communication and top-quality service.

Amy joined NeoSmile Dental Care in 2023, bringing a passion for customer care and a commitment to helping every patient feel comfortable, informed, and valued. Outside of the office, she enjoys exercising, reading, and spending time with her family; especially her fur baby Ellie and is always happy to help patients with questions, concerns, or scheduling needs.
