Hawah is a dedicated and highly organized Dental Office Manager and Insurance Coordinator with over 11 years of experience in dental practice administration. With a deep understanding of both front office operations and dental insurance processes, she plays a vital role in ensuring that the office runs smoothly and patients receive the support they need.

Hawah is responsible for overseeing day-to-day office functions, including staff coordination, scheduling, patient relations, and financial management. In addition, she handles insurance verification, claims processing, and benefit coordination—helping patients navigate their coverage and maximize their benefits with clarity and confidence.

Known for her strong leadership, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills, Hawah works closely with both the clinical team and patients to create a welcoming, efficient, and professional environment.

Outside of the office, Hawah enjoys spending time with her family and hosting game nights with close friends. She is a new mom to a beautiful baby girl, she also has a 8 year old fur baby 'Scooby'. Hawah remains committed to continuous learning and providing exceptional service to every patient who walks through the door.

Amy, Patient Coordinator

Amy is a welcoming and knowledgeable Dental Patient Coordinator with over 10 years of experience in the dental field. As the first point of contact for patients, she plays a key role in creating a positive and efficient experience from the first phone call to check-out.

Known for her strong organizational skills and friendly demeanor, Amy manages appointment scheduling, patient intake, insurance coordination, and daily front office operations. She works closely with both the clinical team and patients to ensure seamless communication and top-quality service.

Amy joined NeoSmile Dental Care in 2023, bringing a passion for customer care and a commitment to helping every patient feel comfortable, informed, and valued.

Outside of the office, she enjoys exercising, reading, and spending time with her family; especially her fur baby Ellie and is always happy to help patients with questions, concerns, or scheduling needs.

Stephanie, Dental Hygienist

Stephanie, an experienced dental hygienist of 25+ years, has remained fully committed to providing optimal patient dental care.

Throughout her career, she has mastered the delicate balance between a patient's comfort, educating patients about their oral health, and finally guiding active participation without judgment.

Empowering patients to make the best informed educated decisions for themselves, is a fundamental belief she strives to achieve.

Her personal life is enriched by spending time with her large blended family. Taking walks back the Wissahickon Creek with Joy, the best dog ever!

Jackie, Dental Hygienist

As a newly licensed dental hygienist, Jackie Pluta is eager to apply her training and provide compassionate care to patients of all ages. After earning her Dental Hygiene degree in May 2025, she brings fresh knowledge and a strong foundation in preventive oral care, patient education, and periodontal therapy.

Jackie is skilled in a wide range of services, including dental cleanings, radiographs, fluoride treatments, sealants, and individualized home-care instruction. She is passionate about providing thorough, compassionate, and personalized care in a supportive environment.

Outside of the office, Jackie enjoys spending time with her daughter, being outdoors, and creating a warm and intentional home life.
